All valid points. I agree you want to have as little dilution as possible but if you’re balance sheet isn’t shored up you can be held over a barrel because you don’t have time to hold off on an offer. So it becomes a poison challice if you only have 6 months of funding and either a) macro environment impacts your ability to raise b) you get caught out going to look for money as your running out of money. It’s easy to hold to a lower price when you know management is about to run out of money with not many options. 6 months is not a long time in broad scheme of things and you want a company focusing on delivery of outcomes not just constant capital raising. That’s just my two cents and I respect everyone’s opinions on here
