I had some email conversation with her as well and got a similar response. Between the lines she doesn't seem to be happy about the " big gap ".
Truth is, she can't be blamed for whatever Hopper has done or will do. At least is has been that way and only if she can establish any future influence on him regarding appreciating what the clinical people are doing things will change.
The 3 comps are run on these 3 principles:
1. I, Hopper, am the only one making the financial decisions.
2. You clinical experts make the clinical decisions.
3. Nobody interferes with the other side.
As long as both sides make the right decisions it works well. But if one side stuffs it up, that "Dictatorship" - model will fail. Now look at the financials and the sp of IMU, RAD and CHM as well as the clinical results and it becomes very obvious who is to blame.
Dalts, your rose coloured glases won't change that. Would be great if they could but facts are facts.
Get ready for the final nail.
