Mid August I wrote here that that won't be met as it can't be met. I was right. I have been right with all the cap raisings comments that once you start undermining and devaluing your staff's excellent work a reversal is almost impossible. Anyone can sell cheap but Hopper can't sell fair value or premium. And he managed even the RAD stuff up by inviting Regal and UBS well knowing what will happen. Get ready for another BS cap raising and Rebecca frustratingly throwing in the towel.

Hopper arranged the CR in May / June - ok, he tried.
But it became apparent by early August that it won't go ahead. Ok, can happen, happens here and there.
He had at least 6 weeks time to either get it sorted or had to inform the market about it. Neither - Nor was done - a Failure that must be investigated.
Since 2021 he has proven over and over again, if the sun shines, he can pick up $$$ thrown at him but when it rains he is either unable or unwilling. Nothing can be said to whitewash the current financial situation. None of us could have done it any worse, only better.
Valueadd, what happened here and at RAD will happen at IMU as well as Hopper will be Hopper forever, unlikely the man can or will ever change unless forced.
2 ( stuff ups ) out of 3, really ain't that bad? Meat Loaf got his career back on track as he changed his life around. Can / will Hopper too? I doubt it.
