Hopper recently put $3m into RAD which got cashed up already. Maybe those $3m would have him and us better served over here. But in hindsight it is easy to say what should and shouldn't have been done.
One can only hope that those about $5m will be just a "bridge CR" to get a bigger player on the register. We don't need to worry about dilution anymore, 800m, 2b or 10b shares who cares when all that matters is financial survival.
But a $5m loan from IMU could have done the trick as well without the risk of being sold down even further by whom ever will get invited to participate. A SPP would be the safest option and maybe benefit us holders but we can expect external forces to enjoy a discount plus free oppies. And of course, would anyone participate? Probably not.
In the end, if he can't attract the big, LT holding money then we have to guess again why, because the assets aren't that good or because of him. And like the past 3 years, we won't get told / informed.
