Disagree. I am responsible for my buys and sells, I don't blame anyone. And I have been aware of the changes since 2021 as there was no way of not being made aware by the media.

The sp decline of that change in investment behaviour isn't the problem, actually it would benefit anyone with a LT approach as long as the company is progressing well. The 3 CEO's have done a great job under those circumstances but Hopper did not even try a tiny bit to get a decent value.

Just look at IMU's Azer-Cel. Sp was about 10c and the acquisition was hailed a master strike. Why did he structure the CR down to 5.6c? Insane!

RAD was trading at 10c, Hopper gave the CR away for 7c, then later to Lind for 6c and less.

At CHM, the GBM readout sends the sp to mid 4c, CR at 3.5c, the next at 2.8c.

A CR that was announced in May, approved in June and led to the sp falling into the 1c range, failed.

1st of October 2024, ASX and Auditors suspend CHM from trading due to insufficient funds.

Now look at the companies, the investment cycle has shifted back to "risk on" but what happened to the 3 ones? He still undervalues them. JC, RM and IMU's LC repeatedly stated that they don't understand the low valuations by the market and yet, Hopper pushed it down even lower again. Facts you can't deny.

I can afford a total loss but why should I let it come to this? Someone has to speak up and as long as even the ASX and the auditors got questions to be answered I want answers too. I did not suspend CHM, the regulator and the accountants did. That is a dark red flag, raised by Hopper himself and not the market conditions.
