Disappointed but the Annual Report is completely separate from a CR unless the board is concerned about continuing to operate while insolvent which would have of course been commented upon in the Annual Report's audit opinion and in the notes to the accounts etc. Without the CR perhaps the auditors would have provided a qualified audit opinion or reported an inability to opine on CHM's financial statements. Somewhat of a disaster and reflects poorly on the board and management but primarily Hopper.
Perhaps a white knight (IMU) will be the outcome but if so do hope it is independent from Hopper's sphere of influence.
