Regulation was always high on my list of risks (probably the only real threat to margins). To be honest, I did not think it'd hit so soon, as a huge % of the market is still not surcharging customers... but I did start selling last FY because of this risk. I sold the rest (~25% of the whole position) this FY for tax reasons.
Nothing to do with terminal specific concerns.
