Some saturday reflections:
It's pretty painful ngl stock prices remain near decade lows while TSX miners approach their May 2021 highs. Although inflation has dramatically increased exploration costs since May 2021, which could be an explanation for depressed prices. Fundamentally, this disparity seems driven by negative sentiment towards ASX resource stocks. I'm personally holding Karoon Gas at a loss, with its current P/E ratio of 3-4 which is crazy. The entire sector seems to be widely avoided. I really think we are in early, there has to be an eventual rotation to the resource sector.
