With the current Political Administration --- would you, as an exploration Coy Local or Overseas domiciled, invest under current rules/regulations. ER I mean rules that one cannot really follow. Does the right hand know what the left hand is doing.
Also a situation where reliance upon a reliable energy source, supplied by the 'weather' is -unreliable.
