    bevter, Sadly we are IMO in bed with the wrong crowd and its called manipulation. I am not sure if it's because "bid pending" or what but it concerns me.
    I have noted some overseas buying of IVR of late. Identity unknown. It's Also called being taken "to the cleaners".
