What a cash burning, high OPEX operation with no viable path to profitability...it appears investor equity has dried up and yet, the company still pays its executives way over the average remuneration for a failing company...very disappointing....it appears the quantity over quality strategy as pontificated by the COB was a poor decision and now the company continues to struggle relying on US Taxpayer funds to keep paying for loosing operations and high salaries.
