No rush to buy. But there is inherit value.
Land, property and water rightd can't be made out of thin air.
It can generate 12 cents eps, be below asset value and asset value rising each year ticks 3 boxes for me. Almost as good as gold.
Let the market neglect it more so we can buy it cheaper.
