Hedging is costly and risky (which is obvious in this case). We're losing significant revenue on that contract. But I'm trying to point out that it should become a smallish issue as production levels ramp up.
But in certain cases, it can reduce risk. Eg. lenders wanting to reduce the risk of non-payment of their loan.
