@danbradster If the undrawn balance of the loan from Nebari is included in this "cash" position that would be $5.5m from my calculations.
The Diggers and Dealers presentation stated debts of $A53.6m as at 31st July and we know Nucharee was repaid 50% of her loan hence we still owe her A$6.1m hence of the US$53m loan we have approx. A$5.5m not drawn. This could be reported as cash????? reducing our annual EBITDA to A$210m.
This is a very significant projected annual earning (based on one month's figures) overlooked in the detailed summaries of the Diggers and Dealers presentation from the negative nelly posters on this thread.
