Until the settlement under the TAFTA legal case is finalised I doubt the company will be talking its assets up too much at any conference .
A sensible compensation payment of >US$200 (vs a US$800m claim) in conjunction with long term tax and royalty concessions by the government, should be made to KCN to put this to bed once and for all.
