Thx management for letting this stock drift lower and lower. I hate this stock.
Should have called for TAFTA decision at the start and when the Thais new they were up for a billion-dollar settlement we could then negotiate down for quick payment. After a favorable Tafta decision we could have negotiated to place funds in a bond to be paid out if Thais didn't honour negotiated commitments. (like cheap loan, like fast approval of mill commissioning, like converting SPAs to leases, like a reduced cash settlement to $500M, taxes or royalties). Would also have avoided the cheap capital raise that we haven't recovered from.
Jamie - Announce a buy back and buy some f##cking shares. Give some confidence to the market.
