The current situation is untenable and I totally disagree that the current Board have a clear plan forward.
If such a plan exists it certainly hasn’t been well communicated and they had ample opportunity before the challenge and indeed also in the notice of EGM.
There has not even been a full disclosure of the debacle in both the failed submission or failure to commercialise in the UK.
If nothing else the group challenging OB as Chairman are bringing to a head what is clearly a very bad situation that has gone on to long and risks a total wipeout of shareholders interests.
They are only proposing the removal of the Chairman not the whole Board so if you believe they are capable they will have an opportunity to prove it .
The definition of insanity is doing the same and expecting a different outcome.
