There has not even been a full disclosure of the debacle in both the failed submission or failure to commercialise in the UK.
If nothing else the group challenging OB as Chairman are bringing to a head what is clearly a very bad situation that has gone on to long and risks a total wipeout of shareholders interests.
They are only proposing the removal of the Chairman not the whole Board so if you believe they are capable they will have an opportunity to prove it .
The definition of insanity is doing the same and expecting a different outcome.

those are the right questions. what is the plans for commercial activities which has been "imminent".

where is UK role out? where is NZ role out?
which is approved for sale.

where is the Europe role out?
they can still sell as transition period is extended to 2025.
