The fact that Buttula sold ~$6.5 million worth of shares (at around $1.30 per share), and then claimed that the reason behind selling down his holding had nothing to do with the prospect of RHY's devices, provides me with zero interest (and confidence) in having him maintain his position at RHY. The 'shrugging of shoulders' after being issued a speeding ticket to indicate that he and his board had no understanding as to why the share price tanked from 32 cents to 20 cents is further justification for voting no (in my opinion), and that's what I've just done. I feel there is contempt of shareholders by this board.
