What is essential is leadership with relevant experience, not limited to primarily financial and stockbroking expertise at the helm. The key is to have a proactive and competent leader, avoiding reactive / blame gaming management. All the regulatory misteps could have easily been avoided by generating more data and meeting IVDR and or FDA requirements. It doesn't necessarily require an R&D company, but someone with a positive approach and true commitment, vs clipping an executive salary and not taking accountability or responsibility.
