    I'm wondering who the Chair will be.
    OB can't be the Chair (or can he?) and I assume the remaining Directors can't "act" as Chair as they have a vested interest in the outcome (or can they?).
    PS: whoever the Chair is will assign all unallocated votes to defeat the Resolution.
