I ask again then, for those who want OB removed, what is the plan? Who and where is the "CEO and chairman who can drive a Co forward and keep shareholders updated with progress AND be transparent with info"? To convince shareholders to vote to remove OB, you need to put forward an alternative who is more attractive.
And why dismiss out of hand the views of every other member of the board, for whose removal I see no-one calling, and who one might think are a bit closer to the action than we shareholders?
