You have clarified my understanding that to 'change horses' now does not gain much except for others to line up at 'the trough' in due course.
Good clear explanation. I know which way I am voting. Having been on this journey for quite some time now, we need continuity and stability if we are going to tick all of the regulatory boxes in an orderly and timely manner. A new team is not going to be able cut any corners on these processes.
