True mate, it can stay low EV for long time but your downside risk is lower. Nope generally no reason it is low EV especially in this spec market. Generally just not much coverage, not much liquidity, no one done any research/homework - plenty of good specs now are on 1M EV or less with cash for no reason at all - just how specs are. RCR pumped because west Arunta got hot just like Gascoyne got pumped not long ago and now they are all in the toilet and just like Brazil REE getting pumped now - they take turns but the projects aren't better or worse than others - I like RCR, I still do but as it pumps it's not getting better risk/reward, it's getting worse that's all, as with any spec explorer
