time = money the longer it stay at lower EV = you lost a lot of other opportunities for RCR at least I know when the s/ will go up or down, in next 2-3 months time and I know its current M/C is so cheap (comparing to the peers in the same area) and I know this has never been pumped, see MTM that is what you should call been "pumped"
