I always get interested when I see very wide intercepts of copper with some ore grade, even if not economically wide.
BHP had this project once and were very keen but couldn't get back in to the property due to native title. Eventually over a decade later Ashburton got access and drilled a few holes with some very interesting copper intercepts (to 250m depth) they planned to go back in and do 400m holes but exited the project because copper wasn't sexy at the time (perennial story of junior exploration).
I like the strategy the company are employing here, and to my knowledge no previous geophysics to guide the drill bit were done (until now). Question is, are the new geophysics targets leading to higher concentrations of copper and a possible discovery.
Interesting project and I definitely think that the the two DD holes will see copper in core, more of the same or a company maker?
