For speculative small cap, fast moving of share price depending on if any manipulators involved IMO. If RCR got one, it could rise sustaintially in near future.. For assessing if there is one behind, I would tick the following box: 1. Is the company in a hot spot? Yes 2. Any CR to bringing possible manipulated party? Yes They have large amount of shares with lower cost of entry and don't need to accumulated from market 3. Have the share prices been volatile? Yes, For whatever reasons, They were signs of manipulation /attention/ controlled. 4. Why it always run against general expectation/ common senses? Yes, That was how they would shake out the day traders to make them chase higher price once RCR jumped up.
