    9% increase doesn't warrant a speeding ticket.....lol

    Maybe 50%-90% increase and significant volume.

    I have stocks on my screen up 10% to 20% for no reason.

    CGR doesn't have many shares and is tightly held, which means it can move up and down quite easily.
