Could it be possible @GeoFiji that BHP is not the "Natural Owner" of our emerging resource in WA? and maybe has had its day (Due to their antiquated technology) as the flagship of the Australian Nickel Business .
IGO seems to have come up with a very clever new metallurgical process that doesn't require a smelter that can produce a high quality battery grade product and is well partnered with Twiggy's outfit who is well connected with Tesla's Australian office .
Seeing that both IGO and Wyloo have both temporally shut down mines that were feeding BHP, who even with an inflated Nickel price can't seem to make a profit could it be that we are ready for a changing of the guard?
You thoughts in this regard would be appreciated.
