WA Government has just seen the close down (mothballing) of BHP's large Nickel business (due principally to Ni price drop because of enviromentally damaging new Indonesian production); Lithium mining/processing is under stress; I really do not see the WA government closing the S32 Worsley Alumina business due to extraordinary and unnecessary "environmental" conditions - they will see sense soon.
I certainly hope so.
