New business line NDIS having to deal with a govt under pressure to cut costs.
All of these 4 major items is the reason for a severe sell off today. This is indeed very rare for NHF.
Therefore I am not surprised it sold off.
I like NHF but am not a holder at present. Sold out Mar'24 to free up some cash.
