BGA always gives market share by category.

In fresh white milk, there's been a marginal decline from 12 to 11 per cent between FY 23 and FY 24 but BGA remains #3.

The same has occurred in yoghurt: 26 down to 25 per cent, but the category has excellent growth with an 11 per cent rise, so this means BGA is selling more yoghurt, as it acknowledges elsewhere in the presentation. BGA retains category leadership.

Yoghurt sales by value are not far below fresh white milk. Looks like this trend will continue.

In milk-based beverages such as Big M, Dairy Farmers, Dare (what tradie isn't without one?) and Masters, there was category sales growth of eight per cent. BGA's share slipped from 52 to 50 per cent. BGA is the market leader.

In spreads such as Vegemite and peanut butter (including excellent BGA Simply Nuts), there was five per cent category growth with BGA's share decreasing from 31 to 29 per cent. BGA is #1 in this category.

Chilled juice saw four per cent category growth, with BGA #2. BGA's share remained at 22 per cent.

In creams and custards, BGA's share dropped from nine to eight per cent but the category recorded a surprisingly high eight per cent growth, so BGA's volumes presumably rose.

Water ices is by far the smallest category but growth was an extraordinary 15 per cent. BGA's share increased to 85 per cent from 81 per cent.
