Your analysis is flawed, as BGA is market leader in Vegemite and peanut butter. Vegemite is much loved by many Australians (I detest it, but doubt I'm typical). Expats even want it when they're in London or New York. Doesn't Vegemite give BGA leverage in negotiations with WOW/COL/MTS' IGAs and so on? (I don't shop at Aldi or Costco).
BGA is also well known for its yoghurts: depending on what state, Dairy Farmers, Farmers Union and Yoplait are all popular, though USA-owned Chobani is a major competitor.
