There was some huge writedowns in the FY24 liquidation of assets. 45cps in the preso. Ouch. Not saying it wasn't the right move for them. But the preso's for sometime talk about all of their opportunities for the assets (repositioning, or DA approvals for extra space etc etc). Instead they did the worst thing possible, spend money on refits while also running the fire sale.
