Thing is TB, we already have offers, they're just not in the ballpark of near term expected value. I do agree that removing the risk of 'endpoint' uncertainty may precipitate a lift in the offers, as would announcing the additional indications, but will it even be enough at that point? Especially given the multiples likely to be generated from completing a Ph3 that feels a lot more like a lay down misère than not and is only prob max 2 years from results?
Like you I think no chance of knockout offer until at least endpoints agreed, too much risk for a 3rd party prior to make a decent offer. Possibly management wouldn't consider any likely offer until new indications added as well, given that is a significant value add that sounds close.
