There is no way that MYX would not talking to Mithra, especially about Donesta. Does mithra make the product that MYX currently has the license for in USA/Australia? If Mithra go into liquidation is MYX entitled to the recipe to have it manufactured elsewhere, including doing it themselves. If MYX just received no further deliveries of the product because Mithra was placed in liquidation that really would be a disaster. Hopefully these situations were covered in the agreement so as not to prejudice MYX. The article above pretty much shows Mithra are not in control of their future and they've left things a bit late.
