MYX should not put more than 10m aud for its USA right. Gedeon paid 5.7m euro for China market for both Donesta and Estalle combined. MYX should be in a commanding position with its distribution channel built, but I don’t think the negotiation goes well as Gedeon has semi-exclusive right in the hometown of MYX, that’s AU and NZ.
