Hey Dabbs,I think the window for any type of M&A would have to be between the $6-7 dollar mark.(ie..now)
Considering a 30-50% premium(which is fairly standard)they'd have to lob in around $10-12 dollar mark you would think.
With the share buyback re-engaged as a price support mechanism, anybody considering it would have to act fairly quickly one would imagine.
With the very convincing turnaround of the company, as well as hitting all but one of their forecast targets,.....IMHO they will get there on their own anyway !
