Gearing went down from 1.14 to 0.5 over the last 5-6 years despite a 180m$au acquisition. Part of the deleveraging in the last half is from increased payables and contracts, very inconsequential in regards of the last few years IMO. I repeat myself, but this is prone to have a very good time at the next commodity boom. I wouldn't bet on a 12 months timeframe tho, this could take a while.
