Not so bad. They're running the risk of significantly losing the lower tiers of the market in fuel, IMO. High prices, inferior convenience offering, lessor traction in their Loyalty program ect.
The electric charging stations are throwing good-money away, unless the Government subsidies cover the lost use of the land for more productive purposes. Ironically, I've seen one station that effectively scrapped their swap-and-go gas to put in electric chargers, which are now rarely used.
