Appen has been with Google since it acquired Leapforce one of its subsidiaries Rater Labs did all the Web Evaluation work at 26% gross margin this contract has had alot of disputes due to Rater Labs being mainly of US workers.
Google would have gone to Telus and Telus tapped into their low paying markets where Rater Labs was already established.
