The Australian were quoting an analyst, Azab Khan, saying that price to NTA should be lower. If some punters were trying to short- probably not the time before going ex-dividend. Expect some buying before next Thursday for the dividend.
It is already trading well below market value. True, that can be a red flag in itself- but it does make it more attractive all else being equal.
A question for me is- could someone else get a better result with this, meaning, could this work as a takeover/merger target?
