    I also think that as the industry has evolved the owners of the sites are quite reasonably pushing for a greater share of the profits.

    There's no real moat here, the big shopping centres like Vicinity for example have the scale to extract full value from their sites. I'm not sure how OML can maintain margins when ultimately what it's providing is little more than a commodity service. It's the scale locations that ultimately own the valuable asset (the sites with high traffic).
