The way I see it is whatever the Chair's recommendation on voting, please do the OPPOSITE and you will get it right.
For example, the Chair recommend to vote in favour for item 2 to 5, and against 6-8. THEN, I shall do the OPPOSITE by casting AGAINST item 2 to 5 (may be a bit soft heart for item 3 (Ms CHUA)) and cast FOR for items 6-8, which included voting for TIC founders and conditional spill resolution.
This is how Pact's culture is, I guess. When they recommend one way, everyone does it the opposite and it just works and make sense I suppose? Hahahaha.
But I just aware of 2 things:
1) In case of the board spill, apparently, RG only intends and eligible to cast the votes to protect only for himself. It seems to me if there is a board spill, he intends to use our votes to cut end ties with Chua and Watchtel. Using someone's else bullets to finish the job huh? Not so easy there, Baby!! In case of Chua, I wouldn't be so sure since she has lost a lot of money but with Watchtel and RG, hmmm, yep, I am very happy to cut end ties (whatever it is) with you both hahaha.
2) This is outside the context but the final meeting for the UN plastic treaty will begin on 25th November to 1st December, 2024. It's still no clear sight from UN of how they were to deal with plastic waste. But I assumed if it ends well, more people will be appreciate into packaging industry and recycle plastic waste and share price will restore through investor appreciation. Even if it ends in unclear words under the context of law, I would lay my bet on Tic's founders final demanding price.
It is how funny Pact looks into leadership and Directors to be the most sacred items and to secure power for personal interest. I am saying, I intend to vote opposite to the Chair's recommendation but I will not bet my dollars on this distraction. I tend to lay my bet on the world's view on the UN Plastic Treaty, which is a fairer and more transparent bet. End of the day, I am a tiny dot living on Earth after all.
Just my opinion, keen to learn back from you.
