ah thanks Richard and oshcomau, guess I misinterpreted about the board spill. That RG is intending to secure 3 seats for himself and Chua and Watchtel. Then he is going to use his votes on 2 blokes from Kins and plus that Sanjay as the CEO and finally use his votes against TIC founders.

Worth the protest vote, 2 to 5 AGAINST and 6 to 8 FOR!!!

Since I have no attorney, I probably appointed the Chair to cast under my direction better than leave it abstain votes for him to use as bullets against us.

But speaking of which, since they only have six directors (including upcoming Chua election) and the maximum is 7, what's wrong with adding one of TIC founders in?

Too much political game, but it's worth casting against them to show the number of holders' determination when it comes to fair price, even at Court level, and to support TIC's founders in their final demanding price including $30 millions payout.

I don't bet on the outcome from this AGM/EGM anyways as I been waiting for that plastic treaty to be drafted. As you guys can see, RG been trying to rush the Gov but no luck as I predicted. I reckoned the Gov has been waiting like me for the outcome of the treaty. I reckon by next year, Pact will turn around so best of luck to us.
