1) the word is confusing, but pretty much you tick against 2-5 and for with items 6-8 on the first form, and on the second form tick all Against/No on all 3 items. The Chair will have to listen and cast your votes according to your instructions. He can only use your shares to vote only if you don't cast your share votes or tick abstain on the form.

2) There are 2 forms because straight after AGM, they will cast the second form straight away. That's because every one up here already determined their intentions and it's expected to be so. We won't win due to the shares owned by RG on the second form but in my opinion, it is worth the protest vote because this could be the perfect example to prove to the Court that we wanted a BETTER share price.
