Itsa, I like your confidence in PER a lot. I also like our company a lot. I want you to be right with your predictions and I like that you put your money where your mouth is.
I'm not here to argue, only that I think resolution 7 has crossed the lines of good managerial practice. I am saying these things because I care about how this company is run. I can overlook the CR and I am all for aligning management and shareholders but I invest in public companies for the main reason that they have safeguards. This is a big change to the constitution Itsa.
Please do your own due diligence on resolution 7 Itsa, I won't try to convince you because I know that you will do what is best for what is your sizable holding.
