it was so fine , I couldnt find the reason for the change ONLY the outcome
Apparently , the Board do not want to include "non cash" items in the remuneration report such as the generous and outrageous oppies
Usually changes to a constitution advise why the changes are sought - NOT the wishy washy motherhood statement given.
The Board are a bunch of greedy motherfakers
who dont want to show their full reward they are giving themselves ....
Doesnt pass the pub test and the major shareholders who have historically backed the Board should be condemned if they vote in favour of opacity.
