look at what CMM have been able to achieve YOY in WA aswell. They are the only miners to maintain cost as close to Feasibility LOM aisc & this was done around 7 years ago which implies that their FS was robust even in the inflation environment experienced post FS.
Remember they both released their FS numbers around the same time. CMM has maintained theirs fairly close and WAF has more then doubled theirs!
And the narrative for WAF is low cost operating environment which is turning out to be a hoax.
WAF have cooked it badly & any forecast cannot be trusted. The below is where WAF needs to be.
