good question and i don't exactly have the answer. I suspect currency movements play a large part in it. Given the Peso strengthened greatly, it makes all Peso payments and receipts larger in AUD terms.

at the risk of stirring the pot, we hear many comments about a great pipeline bla bla bla, but constant currency ARR in the March 1/4 was up what 8% on a constant currency basis? i don't fell that's very impressive, especially when inflation in Colombia ran at ~9% last year. On the positive side, many of these problematic contracts for RIMAB (Colsubsidio) only get re-priced every 3 years so when that comes through there should be a better kick.
